Once your stay is over, the booking-site thread closes and you have no way to reach us. Leave your number here and we can text you when a place you stayed at has open dates, and answer your texts about booking again. It takes twenty seconds and you can stop at any time.
What you're agreeing to
Program name. TurnKey Management Solutions (TKMS) — Stay Again by Text. TKMS is a short-term rental property management company in North Carolina.
What we send. Marketing texts about staying again at a place we manage: open dates at a place you have stayed at and offers for returning guests. That is what the box above agrees to. Separately, and whether or not you sign up, we reply to any text you send us about a booking. This is a separate program from the property-management texts we exchange with owners and vendors; the two never share a list.
How often. Message frequency varies — typically a few messages a year, and always a reply when you text us first.
Cost. TKMS does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Stopping. Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop. You'll get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to rejoin, or HELP for contact information.
Not a condition of anything. You can book, stay and come back without ever signing up. Stopping texts changes nothing about a stay you have booked.
Your number stays with us. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Text Messaging.
