Our fees range from 10% to 25% of gross revenue, depending on the property and the level of service you want. Full-service management — listings, guest communication, pricing, cleaning coordination, and maintenance — sits toward the higher end. If you only need help with part of the operation, we offer partial management at a lower rate. We'll give you an exact number after the free assessment, based on your specific property and situation.
Everything: professional listing creation and optimization across Airbnb and VRBO, dynamic nightly pricing, all guest communication from inquiry through checkout, cleaning coordination and quality checks, maintenance and repairs, and monthly revenue reporting. You also get a custom digital guest guidebook for your property. Your only job is to receive the monthly payout.
Most properties go live within 2–3 weeks of signing. We start with a property assessment, then handle listing photography direction, copy, and platform setup. Bookings typically start coming in within the first week of going live. Timeline depends on your property's readiness — if it's already guest-ready, we move fast.

Yes. Owner blocks are easy to set — just let us know dates you want to hold and we'll keep them off the calendar. We just ask for reasonable advance notice so we're not pulling confirmed bookings.
Yes — we're actively expanding beyond our current markets. We started in North Carolina and have built a strong track record here, but we're set up to take on properties in new regions. If you have a property outside the Southeast, reach out and tell us about it. We evaluate new markets based on the property, the owner, and whether we can deliver the same level of service we're known for.
