What you're agreeing to
Program name. TurnKey Management Solutions (TKMS) — Texts for Property Owners. TKMS is a short-term rental property management company in North Carolina.
What we send. Marketing texts about our property-management services, to owners who have asked for them: follow-ups to a letter you received from us and information about what we could do for your rental property. That is what the box above agrees to. Separately, and whether or not you sign up, we reply to any text you send us. This is a separate program from the property-management texts we exchange with the owners, cleaners and vendors we already work with, and from the program for past guests; none of the three share a list.
How often. Message frequency varies — typically a handful of messages while we talk about your property, and always a reply when you text us first.
Cost. TKMS does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Stopping. Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop. You'll get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to rejoin, or HELP for contact information.
Not a condition of anything. You can ask about our services, or work with us, without ever signing up. Nothing on this page is an offer of management services or a commitment to provide them; those come only under a written agreement signed by both parties.
Your number stays with us. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Text Messaging.
