Let us text you about the property.

Maintenance, scheduling and quick questions move faster by text than by email. If you'd like us to reach you that way, give us permission below. It takes about twenty seconds and you can stop the messages at any time.

Texts are entirely optional. Leave the box unticked and send this anyway — we will keep working with you exactly as we do now, by phone and email, and nothing about your property or your account depends on it. We never send marketing or promotional texts, and we never share your number.

What you're agreeing to

Program name. TurnKey Management Solutions (TKMS), a short-term rental property management company in North Carolina.

What we send. Conversational messages about the management of a property: maintenance requests and status, scheduling of vendor and inspection visits, guest and property issues, and account or statement questions. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not enroll guests.

How often. Message frequency varies and depends on what is happening at the property. There is no fixed schedule.

Cost. TKMS does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Stopping. Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop. You'll get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to rejoin, or HELP for contact information.

Opting out changes nothing else. Stopping texts does not affect any other right or obligation under your management agreement. We'll keep reaching you by phone and email, and the property is managed exactly as before.

Your number stays with us. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Text Messaging.
